At QQE, it is our mission to celebrate and empower RVA’s Queer and Neurodivergent communities. We will be hosting an inclusive community event spotlighting Queer and Neurodivergent-owned businesses, artists, and nonprofit organizations. Anyone can come shop from diverse vendors and to support queer and neurodivergent artists, chefs, crafters and mischief makers as well as have support from the many organizations that help the community thrive in this game of life. As such, we will be offering a Tier System for Vendor Fees. We never want to leave anyone out because of inability pay and therefore will be accepting applications for sponsored vendor fees on a first come first served basis and will be based on the amount of sponsorship funds are received.
Vendor Set Up: Friday, October 10th
Vendor Hours: Saturday 8-6pm (Doors open to public at 10am)
Become a QQE volunteer partner to assist in the success of this event. To qualify, your organization must be able to supply a minimum of five (5) volunteers, for a minimum 4-6 hour shift, during the QQE event from set up on October 10th to breakdown on October 11th. Your volunteer support will provide you the opportunity to have a base vendor booth for your organization as well as free entry passes for the volunteers.
*Groups designated as hate groups by the Southern Poverty Law Center will not be permitted to sponsor or participate.
